Alive and Kicking

I've been a little lazy these last few days. Pretty much worked, ate, and slept. It always winds up that way when I go back on my Pills. It takes a little while to get used to them. Also, I've been working a lot of overtime and suffered a bit of insomnia the last couple weeks.

Can you believe the Pills are better than the alternative?

One of my closest friends is moving to California. My stuff was stored in her garage. She sold, or gave away, almost everything. I told her to. Oddly, the one thing I asked her to send to me she forgot about and GAVE away.

Perhaps I need to get over my Godzilla obsession, but I have to be honest: It was tough, and expensive, gathering together the collection of Godzilla films I had, and it'll be more difficult and expensive to gather them this time. Well, I hope they make someone else as happy as they made me.

And, as I said, I should probably get over my Godzilla obsession. No one else understood, and many, many friends laughed at me. So, what is an appropriate film genre for a 34-year-old man to obsess over?

Well, I still have my love of noir detective films. Rumor has it that Frank Miller is planning on writing and producing a film of Raymond Chandler's "Trouble is My Business." Frank Miller is touch-and-go as a writer, but he's popular enough to perhaps spark a resurgence of the genre . . .

I'm rambling. I spent the last several days sleeping, so I really have no exciting news.

Be well, voyeurs and voyeurettes.
