I've had upswings in my mood before. Just look at my diary. The thing I've never been able to do is hold on to them. They slip through my fingers like so much water.

So, I need a strategy. I need to figure out what causes my upswings, what causes my downswings.

No. That's not true. I know that already. The problem is that the fight to remain "on top of the world" is extremely difficult. Subtle changes occur, and before I even notice it I'm back where I started. Of course, once I'm down, the fight to get back seems even more daunting and hopeless.

So, I need a strategy. I need to figure out how to keep pressing the battle.

My troop formations don't work. There are holes, and the assassins keep slipping through them. Perhaps, what I should do is build walls. No, assassins can always get through. Watch any movie. What I need is a new training program. My ego needs to be able to fight the assassins.

OK, so maybe I'm the only one who knows what's going on. That's ok.
